1) First get your free email account. They'll send paid emails to any email account, including Hotmail, Yahoo!, and AOL. Before starting I would get a separate e-mail address just for all the e-mails that you will be getting to read!
2) Use your new email account for paid e-mail only. This way you won't have to weed through your mailbox to find the messages that pay. They all will.
3) Always read each program's terms of sevice before joining.
4) It's important to join programs that will last long because many programs stop sending emails within several months after they launch. We also must be cautious of the ones that sometimes change their TOS regarding Payments and Responsibility of Members.
